Born in 1993, Jacopo begins his journey in the study of the performing arts at the age of 12, developing a special passion for the genre that manages to merge them all together best: MUSICAL THEATRE.
After many years spent studying and improving his skills in his home town and all around the nation, he moves to Milan, where he graduates at SDM - Musical School, directed by internationally renowned director Federico Bellone. There he has the opportunity to train with some of Italy’s most important musical theatre teachers, taking part in two 'school-edition' shows: WEST SIDE STORY - for which he also works as ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - and LEGALLY BLONDE.
Under the direction of Federico Bellone he also takes part in:
AMERICAN BAR - Todi Festival ED.2013
NEWSIES - National workshop 2014
and SUNSET BOULEVARD - Todi Festival ED.2014.
Benefitting from the wealth of experiences also made in the organizational / management field of the stage machine and beyond, he then chooses to enrich and further his education at the Accademia of Milan’s Teatro alla Scala by graduating in MANAGEMENT IN PERFORMING ARTS: during this course he has the opportunity to make several experiences at important national venues (above all: Milan’s Piccolo Teatro) and to work as an intern at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, operating in the secretary of the innovative on-the-job training program "Fabbrica" Young Artist Program.
Since 2012 he has been a teacher of Musical Theatre and in charge of show activities at Mongrando’s Scarpette Rosse Dance Centre (Art Dir. Maya Botta), where he brings shows on stage annually taking care of direction, light design, scenes and costumes.
Since 2015, his love for sewing and tailoring has led him to train as a costume designer, enriching his craft with skills that have led him to take part, in winter 2019, among other experiences, in the high-education workshop promoted by Digital Manufactures Cinema and Tuscany Film Commision "Renaissance Costumes 2 - Fashion in Leonardo's Times" as ASSISTANT COSTUME DESIGNER for Alessandro Lai.
